“Sweet Sessions” in Practice

In regular cooking lessons there is often not enough time to focus more, and in more detail on sweet delicacies. That’s why we have this course to introduce students to specific intricacies and tricks in a practical way. It covers everything from handmade cakes to chocolate decorations, marzipan figures and also exquisite petit-fours. Many of these “Sweet Sessions” culminate in receiving a certificate of successful completion of the class.
