MädcheninternatFounded in 1950, the Villa Blanka is the oldest tourism school in Tyrol.We are a private school with public status offering a global theoretical education with a strong focus on practical experience education. This educational commitment can ideally be put into practice because the Chamber of Commerce of Tyrol and the expert group for gastronomy and hotel industry enable a synergy between school and economy, theory and practical experience. 550 Villa Blanka students are thoroughly taught a wide variety of subjects by more than 50 teachers. 

Our strengths: 

  • 3 different educational systems: the 3-year Secondary School for Hotel and Catering, the 5-year Secondary Vocational College for  Tourism, Hotel and Catering and the 3-year Supplementary Course.
  • State-of-the-art EDP-education: 100 computer workstations in 4 computer rooms. The third, fourth and fifth classes of the Secondary Vocational College for Tourism, Hotel and Catering are notebook-classes.

  • Remedial teaching in boarding school: A special service is available for students of the first, second and third classes. It is offered for the subjects English, French, Italian, text processing, accountancy and mathematics.
